The Front Leaf Spring is your towing leaf spring. You would think that it would support all of your weight, being that it is at the front of the cart and that the rear springs would help with towing heavy loads, rear passengers, and cargo, but this is not the case. If you look at the side of a golf cart when passengers are occupying the front seat, you will notice that they sit almost directly over the rear wheel. Now the weight distribution starts to make sense.

This is why when you replaced the rear springs after you used the cart in that parade to tow afloat, it didn’t resolve the issue. All the stress was on those front leaf springs, and your EZGO needs new ones. Get them replaced and get the quality of your ride back.
